Met Police:
TAKE : 90
Met. Police briefed us to tackle violence. We decided to take a more realistic approach by addressing the precursor to violence - anger.
Anger is produced by neurotransmitters surging through the body. However, it takes only 90 seconds for those chemicals to be flushed out of the system.
After finding this insight, we created Take:90 - a simple tool that anyone can use in stressful situations to de-escalate anger, before it leads to actions they may regret. All made with £0 budget.

The UK's most heated, long-standing football rivalry, Spurs v Arsenal, played against each other during Anger Awareness week. We put out a tactical press ad aimed primarily at the losing fans, talking them down from anger in a reference-filled, fan-to-fan manner, using lingo only they would understand. Ready in the papers the very next morning.

The Take:90 message got so much news attention that, without us even asking, Newsnight decided to dedicate a whole 90 seconds chillout sesh for the nation.
This radio spot was strategically aired during the busiest, most stressful time of the day on UK roads.
Influencers took our message and spread it even further...
